India, which has been home to great women thinkers like Gargi, over a period of time, an unfortunate gloom prevailed in the Indian society regarding women's education and women's participation in various fields. Women can be the builder of not only the house but also the society and any nation. Many women in India have been and are great warriors, rulers, administrators, politicians, thinkers, entrepreneurs and in the world of science and sports.
Women can have an important role in the development of Arhatik. Right now we are not able to fully exploit the productivity of half the world. If a woman in a house also earns income by joining some enterprise, then the economic condition of that family starts improving a lot and in this way women also help in increasing the productivity of a country by participating in it.
AEWS plans to organize workshops to develop entrepreneurship among women. Under this, women are trained in various skill training workshops. After this, efforts are made to get them the benefits of government schemes. The organization also helps them in developing small enterprises by forming women's committees.
